The I. M. Monastery of Vatopedi supports the camps of the Metropolis of Demetrias

The Holy Great Monastery of Vatopedi supports the camps of the Dimitriades Metropolis again this year with food donations.

The Holy Great Monastery of Vatopedi sent a sufficient amount of food, which will strengthen the operation of the Camps of the Holy Metropolis of Demetrias in Agios Lavrentios, Pelion, where hundreds of elementary, middle and high school children will be hosted this summer.

Once again, the Holy Great Monastery of Vatopedi and its Abbot, Elder Ephraim, come as helpers and supporters in the diverse work of our Local Church, proving in practice that Mount Athos Monasticism is outside the world, praying, but also acting essentially, strengthening the works of the Church, which serves the world.
