An elaborate octagonal-shaped box – reliquary (34X28 cm) that covers the casket of Saint Florus. It is the work of the goldsmiths Dimitris and Naum from Nikolitza and dates back to 1818. On the front seat of the box, Saint Florus is depicted with the martyr's cross in his hand. The remaining sides are decorated with three hexapods and the full-length portraits of the four Evangelists with their symbols. On the inside of its cover, the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary is depicted. A similar reliquary with the casket of Saint Mercury was crafted by the same craftsmen in 1813.
