An elaborate octagonal-shaped reliquary (34X28 cm) that covers the casket of Saint Mercury. It is the work of the goldsmiths Dimitris and Naum from Nikolitza and dates back to 1813. From its inscriptions we are informed that it was made “at the expense of the venerable lord of Siatistis, Mr. Ioannou Konstantinou Kogiopoulos” and “by the hand of Konstantinou goldsmith”.

On the front seat of the box, Saint Mercury is depicted with the martyr's cross in his hand. The remaining sides are decorated with baroque emblems, clams and rich foliage. On the inside of its cover, the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary is depicted. A similar reliquary with the casket of Saint Florus was crafted by the same craftsmen in 1818.
