An attempt to describe the long-suffering life of the blessed Elder Joseph of Vatopedi and a reflection of his personality, who was a subordinate of Saint Joseph the Hesychast and lived 72 years in the ascetic monastic life.

A multitude of elements, testimonies and documents that illuminate many aspects of the spiritual path of one of the holy figures of Mount Athos of our time, whose life is full of ascetic struggles, self-denial, patience, but above all, immeasurable evangelical love.

At the same time, original-unpublished Bookshops are presented about persons who marked the life of the Elder, such as Saint Joseph the Hesychast, Saint Ephraim Katounakiotis, Saint Paisios of Mount Athos, etc.
